About this piece
A strange and beautiful Kate Bush design. A hunched, fish-headed figure carries a whole garden of the sea on its back: coral, shells, seaweed, tentacles and small fish, all drawn in dense black-and-white engraving. One human leg and foot stick out below. It rewards a long look and stands out in our Kate Bush collection.
